Beyond the financial benefits, joining Cohabitat Village VITAL mainly means joining to the values what the co-op recommends.

The financial model offers affordable housing for those who qualify, as well as housing at lower prices than the private rental market.

A regional tour is planned for fall 2026 to inform the public about the benefits of joining Cohabitat Village VITAL. Information regarding locations and dates will be posted on this website when available. Those interested in becoming user members will then have the opportunity to join.
